What is Cutdiline.com?

Cutdiline.com is the best way to order food online in Jamaica. We're here to help you to connect you to delicious food from your favorite restaurant so you can never join a line again. We are here to provide you with convenience, control and accuracy of ordering food online. No more repeating and confirming orders on the phone. Best of all, you can always 'cut di line' with us! Simply, find your favorite restaurant, place a pickup or delivery order online and send it electronically to the restaurant. You can pay with cash, credit/debit card upon delivery.

Where does where Cutdiline.com operates?

We currently feature restaurants in the metropolitan area of Kingston, Jamaica. On our homepage, you can view all our delivery spots. No worries, we are always adding new spots. If you aren't seeing your area, message us at support@cutdiline.com to suggest your area. Be sure to leave your number, we'll give you a call.

Where can I give my feedback?

Placing an Order

How do I order from a restaurant?

You enter your address/area and click “Cut Di Line!” You’ll see a list of our partnered restaurants we deliver on behalf of, along with nearby pickup options. Click the one with the line you'd love cutting, do the same for anything you’re feeling on its menu and hit “Order Now.”

Choose your payment option and confirm your order. We’ll notify the restaurant to begin prepping your food.

I am not seeing my area listed, will you still deliver?

If you realize that your area is not listed, we might be able to deliver. We recommend the following:

- Choose the area closest to you (5km or less) and specify your address when checking out.

- Email us at support@cutdiline.com to get your area listed or request a quote.

- Meet us at one of our delivery spots.

How do I know the restaurant has received my order?

You are able to track your order by viewing your order status in your profile section. We will provide periodical updates through emails and/or whatsapp/texts if you choose that option.

How do I know the restaurant has accepted my order?

Check the status update of your order. You will be notified of acceptance. If your order has not been accepted, please message us at support@cutdiline.com or call the restaurant with the number we've provided.

How do I change/cancel an order ?

Please message us immediately at support@cutdiline.com or live chat with us. Cancellation is dependent on whether the restaurant has already started to prepare the food. You may also call the restaurant immediately with the number we have provided.

Something is wrong with my food. What do I do?

Please bear in mind that the restaurant is responsible for preparing and packaging your food. If there’s a problem with your order, please call the restaurant and let them know. You can find that phone number in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can message us and we'll look into it for you.

Checkout, Pricing & Payment

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to order?

In most cases, yes. Restaurants often require a minimum order total to prepare an order for delivery or pickup. Our minimum is around the average cost of a typical Jamaican lunch, which is $500. Of course, there are exception and it may be higher or lower depending on the restaurant.

Do I pay any fees to use Cutdiline?

Cutdiline is 100% free to use with no hidden fees for browsing menus and placing orders.

So what is the cost to make a successful order on Cutdiline.com?

There is a service charge of your order total. For example, this means that for an order with a total of $600, you pay 600 & (10% of $600, which is $60) = $660.

Also, our usual rate for delivery is $250 to most delivery areas, but may increase dependent on location, weather conditions and other factors.

Why am i seeing GCT applied to some restaurants but not others?

It depends on the restaurant's pricing system. Some restaurants exclude GCT from their menu boards and you would only see it on your reciept when making a purchase. Others opt to show the final cost to the customers on their menu. Regardless, the final cost (minus our service charge) to you will be the same if you were to order from the restaurant in person.

Can I tip?

Sure! Its hard work cutting lines, you can show your appreciation to your courier by giving a tip if you wish. Its up to you how much you would like to tip.

How do I pay?

You pay for delivery when your order has safely reached its destination. You may opt to pay with debit/credit card or cash. You pay for your pickup when you go to collect your order at the restaurant. You can also pay for your order online via credit card.
